Relax and enjoy absolute Hobart waterfront accommodation. The Beachfront Apartment offers superbly furnished two bedroom apartment accommodation opposite the beautiful Blackman’s Bay beach. It is located less than 20 minutes drive south of Hobart’s city centre and only 5 minutes from the shopping and business centre of Kingston.

The Beachfront Apartment boast spectacular ocean views from all rooms except the bathroom. It is equally suited to small families, honeymoon couples seeking romance or the corporate client wanting to relax and enjoy the view after a busy day.
With a queen bed and two singles the apartment is able to accommodate 4 guests. The accommodation provides a fold out bed and portacot if required for additional guests. The luxury bathroom has a shower and spa, the living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and CD player. The apartment provides self contained accommodation with full kitchen facilities, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. The apartment also has a complete laundry with front loading washer and dryer.

Less than 5 minutes stroll along the beach is one of Hobart’s most well known restaurants, The Beach Cafe/Restaurant. Next to the restaurant is a takeaway and bottle shop. A variety of activities are available across the road or just a few minutes away such as fishing, swimming, diving, boating, bush walking, golf, or simply lying on the beach. Our self contained accommodation is a perfect base from which you can explore Hobart and southern Tasmania. Drive or bus into Hobart CBD to shop or see the sights. Take a day trip south and enjoy all the scenery and tourist attractions the Huon region has to offer.

Sorry your stay was less than perfect. Had we known the cleaner put out the wrong bed it would have been a simple solution to change it over (the spare bed being stored on the other side of the apartment wall). In relation to the shower set up, unfortunately we inherited the situation but have plans to change it in time....and I am surprised by your comment regarding the beds as they are the standard commercial bed used in the majority of the hotels in Hobart.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
