This charming private house with its own compact garden and large private communal pool is situated in the prestigious gated Domaine de Fayence and sleeps 6-8 people. The self-catered house is ideally located 45-minutes away from Nice International airport, with popular Riviera destinations and beaches such as Cannes and Frejus situated about 30 km away. Fayence is one of the medieval ‘perched villages’ nestled in the heart of the Var region.

Our house is set in this luxury resort, originally built within a former wood of French oak and pine trees. It has areas of olive trees and lavender too with well-maintained gardens and grounds totalling 25 hectares. The resort facilities include our large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and other features including an exceptional Spa. The Domaine is located around 9 minutes away from the picturesque villages of Fayence, Tourrettes, Caillan, Seillans and Montauroux - offering an ideal location for local restaurants and markets, vineyards, golf, gliding, Lac de St-Cassien and other amenities.

The 3-bedroom property is fully-furnished and is decorated in a classic provencal style. The kitchen is well-equipped with a separate utility cupboard. The house has a TV with domestic and limited international TV channels, there is also CD player and radio. It has free Wi-fi, air conditioning and central heating. Your beds are made up and bathroom towels are included. As our home is self catering there are no maid services.

Outdoors, the covered terrace with patio dining table is ideally suited for meals and entertaining. The house has a compact well kept south facing garden with comfortable sun loungers, our communal pool is a 1 minute walk.

We are flexible on your day of arrival, however we request that you book a minimum seven-night stay. The house is privately owned by an English family who have been visiting the area for over thirty years. We will be happy to provide you with a local guide to the area - including our favourite restaurants and excursions.

The 2 swimming pools are communal (1 outdoor 1 indoor) on the private Domaine, there are fantastic on-site facilities all year round. Facilities for babies/small children please enquire.

The property is completely up-to-date with all modern facilities including air conditioning. All floors have terracotta tiles. The kitchen is to a high standard with all the usual facilities including a washing machine in the utility cupboard.

Fayence is a fantastic base for your holiday. Locally there are at least 6 beautiful Provencal villages, some date back to Roman times. Even on a 2 week holiday you would not be able to do all that this area offers.Golf, white water rafting, rock climbing, glyding, caving, fishing, cycling are all local or "On your doorstep". Your stay can be as peaceful or busy as you choose, either way you will want to return again, you can easily fall in love with this area. Car hire is essential.
