This sunny, bright, spacious villa is set in a tranquil friendly neighbourhood. The villa is surround by beautiful palm, avocado and mango trees with its own lush garden surrounding the villa.The kitchen, dining area and lounge is open plan, with double French doors leading onto the front terrace.The kitchen is fully equipped including utility area for washing. Leading from the kitchen is a pretty garden room, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging, and is completely private. The spacious living area has comfy seating and is furnished with coffee tables.There is a Smart TV and Wi Fi is available throughout the house.The French windows lead to the terrace and garden with view of the park to the side of the property. There is also a downstairs cloak room.There are 3 large, bright and airy double bedrooms all en suite making the villa ideal for couples and families alike. Two of bedrooms have showers and one bedroom has also a bath. The master bedroom en-suite has a walk in closet and wet room with twin wash basins, the bed is Super King size, master bedroom and en-suite also has mosquito netting on all windows. All bedrooms are air conditioned, including ceiling fans as well as stand alone fans, there are plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.The master bedroom has French windows opening up to a large balcony, with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or in the evening sipping rum punches whilst watching the sun setting.The villa benefits from its own private, pretty garden, surrounded by lush shrubs, palm and mango trees. A car is not absolutely essential as the Villa is just over 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Heywood's Beach, and approximately 10 minute walk to the charming town of Speightstown. A few minutes walk to the bus stop where there are regular buses to Holetown, which is the heart of the tourist district yet only fifteen minutes drive away by car/bus The villa has easy access to all amenities in Speightstown. Speightstown is excellent for restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket , banks and post office - in fact, Speightstown is a brilliant little town full of locals going about their everyday business, there's a real buzz about the place. There are many beach-side restaurants/cafes and bars that offer sun-loungers, a great relaxing day out.

Our property manager Helen, does a great job looking after our villa and is on hand for any queries you may have during your stay.

In each bathroom there is hand soap, towels and beach towels. There is also a welcome pack of breakfast items for your first day including a pack of Banks beer, to cool you down after your long journey!

If your stay is over 10 days, Helen will arrange for a cleaner to change the bed linen and clean the villa, this service is included in the rental cost.

At additional cost, we offer airport pick-up with meet and greet by our driver and includes a quick stop at the supermarket for essentials. Please ask if interested.

Helen is our point of contact on the island. She and her team, manage our property. She is on hand via WhatsApp, e mail and/or phone call when you are at Stradbally Villa. When guests arrive at the villa, Helen will be on hand to meet and greet and hand over keys and show you around the villa. If she is unable to meet you there is a key safe and she will give you the code before your arrival at the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
