This villa is a brand-new traditionally constructed stone villa in one of the most beautiful villages of the region, Aghios Nikolaos. It is ideal for family vacations, because it offers a private garden full of olive trees and plants and a variety of sea shores within walking distance. In addition, the village of Aghios Nicholaos is approximately 1klm away from the villa, where you can find restaurants, mini marke, cafes, bakery etc. There is a very good restaurant and cafes 300 m. from the villa on the sea shore , considered to be one of the best in the region. There is no need for using a car, unless you want to visit other villages nearby, Stoupa or Kardamili for a variety of sea shores or many sea activities. It is also quietly located, ideal for couples, who are looking for relaxing, private and romantic holidays. In your private garden you can enjoy wonderful shinny breakfasts. The sea shore close to the villa offers the opportunity for morning and afternoon swimming.

Dear Ines, I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to write a review about Sophia&Daphne and apart from your overall very good impression of your stay, to make also some personal comments. It is the first time we receive a complaint about the comfort of the beds or about the size of the bathrooms since the house has been listed and in several internet sites. Almost all our guests prefer the personal contact to gain access in the house as this makes them feel more secure and more warmly welcomed, especially considering that the house is in a Greek village with no road names as it happens in most Greek villages. Besides, that personal contact gives them the chance to have instant replies and help in any question or request they may have regarding the house or the region. A house rental is indeed very difficult to provide a 24hour reception service and we find this kind of service does not comply with the general concept of booking a house rental. We always give a big range of check-in hours to our guests, upon their previous request, considering the different hours of flights, possible flight delays, the time needed for car rental arrangements and the fact of driving in a new area. Thank you again for taking the time to write your review and we hope to welcome you again in Sophia&Daphne. All the best Sophia&Daphne

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Villy (the owner) a message.

If Villy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
