From the owner

It is a well-presented cottage arranged on three floors; Built recently, it has all the modern comforts of central heating and double glazing. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan with a dining table, sofa and armchairs and french doors to the garden. The bedrooms are as follows: the ground floor is a double with en-suite shower room, the first floor; double with en-suite shower room, a twin-bedded room and family bathroom. Most rooms have a small wall-mounted TV with DVD players.

There is an attic room which could sleep one extra person, please ask if you would like to use it. It has an additional cost.

The newly fitted kitchen (Feb 2022) is fully equipped, with integrated appliances such as an electric oven and hob; fridge, dishwasher. There is also a microwave. The utility room has a large upright fridge/freezer, washing machine, and sink.

We supply all linen and beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels are provided. Please note the price includes all service charges.

The property has a beautiful, secure garden laid to lawn backing onto the Danes Stream (but securely gated), BBQ, garden table and chairs. Off-road parking for two vehicles and a shed suitable for storing bikes (on request).

Children under one year in the same room as paying guests are FOC, pets are welcome at an additional £10 per day (maximum of 2 small/medium dogs).

Please note - during peak season the minimum booking period may be increased.
