From the owner

The cottage has a lovely sunny patio garden with raised deck area for eating al fresco. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella and a garden seat on the patio. The garden is in the sun for almost all of the day.

For cyclists and yachters there is a separate entrance which is a covered walk through to the rear of the house. It is perfect for storing all you outside equipment safely and keeping it all dry. There is a clothes line in this area for any wet weather gear.

The cottage itself is a Tardis and is much larger inside than you would imagine. There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen, conservatory and a summer breakfast room leading off from the kitchen. The cottage is very warm and cosy but has a lot of living space. We have tried to offer our clients all the comforts of home and think of everything you might need to enjoy your time there

How do damage deposits work?

If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
