Christchurch & Bournemouth easy drives for a day out or the theatre in Bournemouth. Southampton with it's busy shopping centre & malls approx 30 mins drive. No smoking inside please - outside only. Well behaved dogs allowed but sorry not cats. A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking. Confirmation of booking & receipt of deposit will be sent. Full balance due 6 weeks before arrival, together with a deposit of £150.00 against any breakages or damage (£200.00 if bringing a dog) fully refundable within 10 days following a clean checkout report. Landline telephone for incoming calls & emergency outgoing.
