Fabulous 2nd floor Lakeview corner condo. This light, bright, upgraded 2100sf condo offers a luxurious escape after a day at the parks or convention. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE

An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a marble-topped dining table for 6 and seating at the bar for 3. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area and den where there is also comfortable seating and 65" TV. A cozy den offers a comfortable futon sofa bed for 1 and smart TV.

BED & BATH

This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (8 including small children) on new, quality pillow-top mattresses and top linens - plus a queen sofa bed in the den. The master suite has a super comfy king bed, vast en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The guest wing also has a king room. Both king rooms have a Tommy Bahama island feel with dark woods and rattan (and sumptuous 16" Sealy Posturepedic Euro-Plush mattresses). A further guest room offers 2 double beds. There is a full guest bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

We are super excited for the new Epic Universal Park that is opening close by next year. However, the project does involve construction in this general area. If you are planning be at the parks or conventions this should not affect your stay but we want to be transparent. We have discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
