When we discovered this magnificent farm in Périgord in 2002, we decided to put new life in this property in the heart of Black Périgord. As lovers of old buildings, we also wanted to share this haven of peace. You are welcome in our guesthouses for a peaceful and refined stay. Our estate is the perfect starting point to discover the region. Whether on holidays, or for the weekend, you are guaranteed new picturesque and colourful surroundings.

You will get to this magnificent private estate of 35 hectares by a dead end road. This property of great character is only 5 minutes drive from Montignac-Lascaux and 15m to Sarlat and will appeal to all lovers of nature and peace. The estate of Cheyssignaguet offers you seasonal rentals by the week of four houses of character with their stone walls and traditional oak-beamed roofs.

Everything has been designed to ensure you a relaxing stay at La Bastide, in this exceptional natural setting from which you will have a unique opportunity to discover the Black Périgord.

LA BASTIDE (12 people)
This typical Périgord house is 280 m2 and the charm of its old stone walls will enchant you. A private heated and fenced pool (5 x 10 m) is built right up against the house. There is also a terrace table and chairs under the shade of a pergola with a barbecue.
- Fully equipped kitchen, open on the living-room and decorated with a fireplace.
- A large living-room (50 m2) where you will find leather sofas around another stone fireplace.
- A TV area (satellite, DVD player and Hi-Fi system etc.) and a playing area.
- On the ground floor,: 2 completely independent air-conditioned bedrooms (with 2 electric 80x200 cm beds each) and with each a bathroom or shower-room and 2 separate toilets.
- Upstairs: 4 large air-conditioned rooms ( 2 bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds, and 2 rooms with 80x200 cm electric beds)
- A small living-room complete the first floor.

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send PASCALE (the owner) a message.

    If PASCALE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
