An incomparable property for its location and view: situated only about 100 meters from Piazza San Marco, this luxurious ground floor apartment offers a spectacular view of the Salute Church and the Island of San Giorgio. The best way to gain access to this dream home is directly from the Grand Canal, coming by water taxi with only 30 minutes ride through the lagoon from the Venice Airport (we can arrange that for you).

The entrance hall witnesses the noble past of this palace, but you will be even more thrilled by the wooden terrace on the Grand Canal which is an absolute privilege, especially in this part of the city. Imagine having a coffee watching the gondolas passing by or enjoying a glass of wine sitting right in front of one of the most renowned sights in Venice. Simply a magical moment not to miss!

The apartment is composed of a spacious living room with view on the Canal Grande, a luminous dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a private courtyard with a large glass table. There is an ample double bedroom that faces the Grand Canal with ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that is connected through a corridor to a smaller guest bedroom (equipped with a comfortable twin/double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom, and a fourth double bedroom served by a luxurious forth bathroom toward the back of the house. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (large fridge, oven, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, 4-burner stove).

This exclusive apartment is laid-out on more than 300 square meters, granting full privacy and comfort to 6 people but it can host up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The rental fee on the apartment page is for maximum 6 people whereas a 10% surcharge will be applied if 7 or 8 people will be staying. We can offer a 10% price reduction if no more than 2 guests stay at this property.

It includes amenities such as air-conditioning in every room, high speed internet connection, modern appliances and maid/waitressing service on request.
