Podere Circe è un casale del 1800 nel Parco Nazionale del Circeo ad appena 100 metri dal mare (Dune Bianche di Sabaudia raggiungibili comodamente a piedi). La posizione alle pendici del promontorio permette un clima temperato e gradevole anche in caso di ondate di caldo estremo . La porzione di Casale è composta al piano terreno da un Salone con tavola per 8 / 10 Persone , la cucina, il camino ed 1 bagno. il salone conduce sempre al piano terra ad un locale soppalcato, con letto matrimoniale, 2 divani relax e un bagno . Al secondo piano mansardato (scale) ci sono 2 camere con letti matrimoniali, 1 camera con 2 letti singoli e 2 bagni. In tutto ci sono 3 letti matrimoniali, 2 letti singoli, 4 letti branda pieghevoli x bamnbino, e 4 bagni. Da Giugno a Settembre inclusi tutte le camere sono climatizzate 13:30/15:30 - 22:00/08:00 (12 ore x giorno). A Maggio ed Ottobre Aria condizionata e Riscaldamento su richiesta . Nel giardino comune ci sono i tavoli, gli ombrelloni e un barbecue e ii posti auto. Se si desidera della biancheri da letto e bagno (2 asciugamani mani, viso / doccia) il costo è di € 10 a Persoma e va consegnato in contanti all'arrivo e al cambio settimanale alle Signore delle pulizie.

La spiaggia è libera o attrezzata, dai 100 ai 200 metri ci sono ristoranti, chioschi, pizzerie e la possibilità di svolgere varie attività sportive . I paesi di Sabaudia e San Felice Circeo sono ambedue a 5 Km. Il Podere accoglie in modalità house sharing, quindi non sono ammessi ospiti oltre alle Persone prenotate ne nella casa ne nel giardino.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

    If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
