I am sorry to hear about the bugs which you spotted. Palmetto bugs are very common in our area due to the dense vegetation and humid climate so you might see them scurry from underfoot when you walk outside, but they should not be in the home. When staying in one of our properties, if you see a palmetto bug inside, please let us know and we'll happily have the property treated. Treatments are scheduled regularly, but from time to time and additional treatment is needed to keep such pests at bay. Thank you again for your feedback.
