Thank you for your feedback and for reaching out to us during your stay. Unfortunately, there is about a two-day delay reviews being sent to us after they are posted, and we are sorry that we could not assist you earlier. The ceiling is still intact at the home, and it was found that some of the popcorn came lose which fell. I'm sure that was worrisome, and we are sorry that this happened. Our maintenance staff will be working with the owner to ensure it is repaired. Again, thank you for letting us know.

Great OceanFront home.

This oceanfront home was comfortable and roomy. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean. The boardwalk to the beach was wide and I particularly liked the built in benches close to the beach.

I agree that the location is ideal as it does have a very private feel, but is close to the central part of Emerald Isle where you will find restaurants and shops. I am very sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with the heat. I do see where we sent a repair person to the home during and after your stay and I'm sure this has been fixed, but I'm sorry for the discomfort you experienced. I have forwarded your feedback on to our refurbishment team so they can perform a walk through of Waterloo and make recommendations for improvements to the owner. Thank you again for your feedback.
