4BR/2BA (4Q) -Sleeps 8 - A classic Edisto beach front cottage, just steps away from the water! Your own private boardwalk has a small deck area off to the side with lounge chairs and a covered gazebo right on the beach! As you enter the house your are greeted by a screen porch facing Palmetto Blvd with chairs for relaxing or reading a good book.

The upper floor has a large living, dining, and kitchen combination. There is an adjacent sunroom(beach side) with more seating and dining space. The sunroom leads to a deck overlooking the beach. There are 2 beach view bedrooms on this floor, each with a queen size bed(one with TV) and a full hall bath(tub/shower combination).

An outside entrance downstairs takes you to 2 more bedrooms(one with TV) and a full bath(shower only). Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. The washer/dryer is located in a rooms downstairs also.

An abundance of parking on this property for family, friends, or a boat. This nice beach front home would make a great choice for your next Edisto Beach vacation.

    Edisto Realty appreciates your family's business. The goal for our business has always been to ensure all guests enjoy their Edisto vacations so we sincerely regret the experience you had. My son's in laws stayed in the house 2 weeks after you and had no issues with the house. All of our house are under a quarterly service contract with a local exterminating company. Unfortunately palmetto bugs are a part of life here in the lowcountry. As to removing reviews that is not an option once a review is posted we can not delete it. We are happy to know that you found Edisto to be as special a place as we do.

    This property needs some serious cleaning and repair as well as clearing out of all the broken furniture. We were not able to open bedroom windows due to the torn screens. The roof leaked in the livin… More

    It was a pleasure speaking with you about "Edgewater". This is one of the most popular beach front pet friendly homes we manage and the spring clean was delayed due to bookings. The owner is replacing windows this spring and all the screens will be installed when the project is complete. Many of the items we talked about were already on the list to repair and or replace during the last window installation. Thank you for time to comment on your stay and we look forward to your next Edisto visit.
