Villa Bougainvilea is a top-of-the-range Cibeles luxury furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with its own private swimming pool, set in secluded gardens, in the popular urbanization of Camposol, near Mazarron in Murcia, Spain. Easy access roads to the historic mining and castle town of Mazarron, the beaches in secluded Bolnuevo or Puerto and its lively and cosmopolitan marina, and also to the fabulous Sierra Espuna National Park, with breath taking views, wildlife and mountain walks. The villa is offerred inclusive of normal electricity usage and operates using a payment card system. Guests are provided with a payment card on arrival with sufficient for the holiday period, but in the event of extra usage further payment cards can be obtained from the villa manager for a fee or at the owners discretion this may be waived. Guest are highly recommended to follow the advice to limit AC usage in particular to those periods when they are in the villa itself, or overnight
The villa is also offerred inclusive of all normal water charges. The meter will be read before and after the holiday, and any excess usage may be charged at the owners discretion.

Please note the pool is normally closed from November 1st to March 31st., but can be opened on request for a small extra cost

This superb and very spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard, as you might expect with a home that is used by ourselves for many months a year. In the main sitting area, in addition to comfortable sofas there is a comfortable and quiet reading area with lovely casual furniture.
The lounge and bedroom areas benefit from hot and cold air conditioning units which, together with the log burner in the lounge, make this an ideal;all year round holiday home. There are two large 3-seater sofas and casual seating furniture in the dining room. The lounge is also equipped with a large TV complete with English Satellite system for most Free view and Sky channels , and DVD / CD player. Full WiFi internet access is of course always available.. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ample drawer space.The dining room currently has seating for 4, however there are plenty of chairs throughout for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience including washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc, together with hob & electric oven. There is plenty of hot water serviced by electricity, ensuring your shower won't run cold !! All bed linen and towels/beach towels are provided during your stay for internal use only. .Pets are of course welcomed, but please - no smoking internally.

The entrance to the villa is via a quiet side road, with tiled pathway to the enclosed front terrace
The villa benefits from being situated in an semi-elevated position with mature gardens, which are laid with shingle, paved patio and and garden areas. The lovely large and private 10m x 5m swimming pool will be a delight for all. Sunbeds are provided and there are tiled patio areas complete with furniture in addition to the terrace furnishings at the rear of the property, which enjoys the sun in the morning, but is beautifully shaded from the Spanish sun in the afternoon ! There is also a circular ;sun-pit, , for those dedicated sun-worshippers, with optional table and (6) chairs
The gardens are mainly planted with tropical plants, An Orange tree (please feel free to pick these when in season), and 2 large raised planting areas well stocked with a wide range of exotic plants
There is concealed garden lighting at the rear which makes this an ideal setting for those evening drinks.
The ground floor front enclosed terrace is furnished with glass-topped table and chairs providing an excellent place for al fresco dining and a quiet place to read out of the sun.
The rooftop solarium sun terrace is also equipped with a table and chairs and provides uninterrupted mountain views.
