Before booking or enquiring, we wish to make guests that an area of ground around 100m to the South West from Villa Karouzi has been cleared for possible construction of 2-4 new villas.

We do not have a build programme and we understand that this starting may be very dependent on sales which is a very variable situation. We stress in this instance that privacy is not affected and the site can only be seen from some areas of the villa (mainly upstairs).

There may be nothing happens during your stay or there may be some noise impact in the day time but overall we feel it is best you are aware. The beach and some lovely cafe/tavernas lie only a few km away (as do many other quiet spots and hideaways) if there is any issue and in the evenings it will be quiet anyway.**.

**4x4 Car and Heated Pool Included** Villa Karouzi in Tala, Paphos, Cyprus is a very high spec luxury villa with three bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom and cloakroom and sleeps six. Villa Karouzi has some stunning design features both inside and out, an elevated position with sea views, stone detailed exterior, private heated pool (included) with roman steps, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden, garage, alarm, choice of BBQ's, Clay Oven, Gas Fire, Central Heating, Home Entertainment System, X-Box, Satellite TV (with Premium UK Channels) and Wi-Fi. All in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive to Paphos Town and the beach at Coral Bay.

''The villa was superb, very well equipped, very clean and comfortable with excellent outdoor facilities, particularly the heated pool. Location gave great views, very hilly for us elderly folk but great to have the included vehicle. Had some super meals both locally in Tala and in Paphos. Melitzia taverna was very nice but also nearby Hazeli taverna was excellent food and worth visiting. Also Happy Island Restaurant in Paphos deserves a mention. They served excellent food with first class service and very family friendly. Cynthiana Beach Hotel was an excellent idea for our last day. Worth mentioning was the nearby Tsiakkas Taverna that served excellent food with nice sea views. Tomb of the Kings was a very popular visit; my son and 5 year old Harry thought they were on the set of Indiana Jones movie. Communications and arrangements from yourselves were first class. Kevin was particularly helpful. We are sure to visit Cyprus again soon and will check out your services when we do. Thanks again for all your help. Paul . '
