Cortijo Jacaranda offers rural accommodation in the Malaga region of Andalucia. We are nestled in the hills between Alora and Pizarra in the beautiful, fertile Guadalhorce valley, approximately 40 minutes from Malaga airport with easy access to the El Chorro Gorge where the newly renovated Camino Del Rel is now open. The area is a favourite escape for sun worshippers, sightseers, golfers, mountain bikers, bird watchers and rock climbers.

There are two properties available to rent, Rose Casita and Mimosa Casita, which are situated either side of the swimming pool on a secluded plateau with stunning 360 degree view of the Andalucian countryside. They each can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a beautiful large poolside area from which to enjoy these stunning views. The purpose built shaded area has a gas BBQ with tables and chairs to accommodate everyone so you can enjoy eating al-fresco on those warm summer evenings. The casitas offer family friendly accommodation. The stunning 50sq metre pool that features a secure shallow area where children can play safely is directly outside your Casita. You only have to step out of your front door to relax right by the pool or chill out under the covered terrace and enjoy the panoramic views.

A stream flows around the land of Cortijo Jacaranda, with adjacent tracks ideal for exploring and discovering first hand the delights of this beautiful location.

The pretty villages of Alora and Pizarra are 20 minutes away, with all conveniences inc. weekly markets, tapas bars, supermarkets banks etc.

Golf and sea fishing can be arranged.

Other facilities available to guests include: Lorna is a qualified Beauty Therapist and is available to offer pampering treatments while you are on holiday. Giant patio chess, mountain bikes, children's activity play area, and nature walks around the property.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorna (the owner) a message.

    If Lorna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
