Elegant 130sqm 2nd floor apartment (south facing), Centre Cannes. Quiet st, 6 mins to palais des Festival, Priv Terrace (19sqm). 3 large dbl beds, 1 bathroom, walk-in shower + toilet, 2nd separate toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. The apartment is bright and spacious and in an art deco style building. It has power points everywhere! There is a very large living dining room about 40sq m which leads onto a 19sqm private terrace which hosts some friendly turtle doves! There are three large double bedrooms each about 16sq m with marble fireplaces. Two of the bedrooms can be configured with single beds.

Large gorgeous flat in a great location. Roof terrace is also very nice, but only minor negative comment would be that it doesn't get the sun. However, you have two other balconies on the other… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
