Oceanfront cottage, 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. K•K•Q•2D•B,D•B,D. Game room with pool table, ocean front glass enclosed sunroom, large deck with chaise lounges, porch rockers and picnic table with umbrella. Wet bar in living room with ice maker and a fireplace! Enclosed hot/cold shower and charcoal grill!

Ground Level:

Enter into the home on the ground level with the pool table game room, sitting area with TV and daybed (single with single trundle), and a bonus room with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower on the ground level.

Middle Level:

Spacious, open floor plan recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, along with the dining area and living area. There is an ocean front, glass enclosed sunroom. Half bath off living area. Living room offers fireplace and wet bar with sink and ice maker. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed, private sitting area, access to ocean front deck and bathroom with recently renovated walk-in shower and tub.

Top Level:

Bedroom 2 with king bed, TV, and ocean views. Bedroom 3 with double bed, bunk bed, TV, access of ocean front deck. Bedroom 4 with 2 double beds, TV and access to ocean front deck. Bedroom 5 with a queen bed, TV and access to ocean front deck. Bathroom 2 with tub/shower accessible from hallway. Bathroom 3 with tub/shower accessible from hallway. There is a hallway laundry closet with washer/dryer.

Back door from sun room to deck needs lock replaced. Ants on vanity in Master Bed Room. Dish towels not received till I called linen supply company on Tuesday.
