villa Lagarto is situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira on a flat plot in an elevated position with mountain and sea views over the valley and bay of el Portet, a perfect choice for families or couples.

The south facing villa gets full sun all day, but there are many options for shade. The property is positioned on a large flat plot with a well maintained Mediterranean garden with many palm trees, cacti and fruit trees, including lemon and orange.

The private and peaceful villa is designed to a very high standard and tastefully furnished. Satellite UK TV channels, with fast wi-fi and full air conditioning through out. A modern fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second double bedroom, a third bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom compliments our villa.

Walk out to the patio and pool, you are surrounded by mature gardens with numerous places to relax and unwind. The large 10m x 5m private kidney shaped pool with easy access Roman steps has synchronized colour changing LED lighting where you can enjoy swimming at night, an outside shower a large patio area with garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ terrace with two naya's for dining el fresco on hot summer days in the shade.

Bedroom 3 with two single beds, a cot and built-in wardrobes.The spacious lounge diner is equipped with Sky free-view TV, DVD, Wi-fi for your internet connection, leather sofas, dining table and chairs, together with traditional Spanish furniture. The lounge has fabulous views to the pool, sea and surrounding countryside. Kitchen comprises of modern fitted units with marble worktops. Kitchen appliances include a ceramic cooker hob, fan assist oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher etc. The naya [a covered and part enclosed porch] leading off from the kitchen that has wonderful sea and mountain views, with table and chairs for dining al-fresco. Bathroom is fully tiled with a heated towel rail, shower, bath, bidet, wc, wash hand basin and vanity unit.

The gardens are landscaped with lemon, palm trees and various tropical shrubs. There is a large 10m x 5m x 1.5m - 2m deep kidney shaped pool, for your exclusive use, with automatic colour changing LED lights, where you can enjoy swimming under the stars at night. The pool area has an outside shower, sun loungers, parasols and usual out door garden furniture for your relaxation. There are numerous tranquil spots for quiet reading and shade in the gardens. There are also sun terraces with an outside naya by the pool and a BBQ with table and chairs, which is perfect for dining al-fresco in the evenings.

We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our villa, with their local knowledge of the best places to go, making your holiday more enjoyable. The pool is maintained weekly and our villa is cleaned for your arrival, together with fresh bed linen and house towels with no additional cost for Wi-fi and full air-conditioning. No hidden extra's, the price you see is the price you pay. villa Lagarto has these Covid-19 protocols in place: rooms cleaned with disinfectant check in and check out with no person-to-person contact all towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC high-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g. countertops, light switches, handles and taps

How do damage deposits work?
