Beautiful 2-bedroom luxury apartment sleeping 4/5 + baby. The apartment is within the beautiful gated domain of Pont Royal. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with views towards the beautiful Luberon mountains curving around Pont Royal and the Alpilles mountains on the horizon. The sunsets are always something to look forward to whatever time of the year your are visiting!

Kitchen: Equipped with all mod cons to make you holiday as comfortable as possible incl a fridge/freezer, dish-washer, induction cooker, oven, micro-over(steamer), blender, mixer, washer/dryer, tea pot, caffetiere, lots of kitchen tools, small/cooling bags, cooling elements etc + lots of cups, plates, cutlery for little people!

Loggia: Comfortable day bed on the loggia. Table & chairs for 6 people. Bakers rack. 2 small tables, lanterns, arty plants and more. It's very cosy!

Lounge: Has a big lit bateau (where the 5th person can sleep very comfortably), comfy chairs. Dining area: Dining area: Pull-put dining table and 6 chairs (2 are in bedroom 1).

You will find a BIG information folder, good rage of 'Provence' books and guides,TV with integrated DVD(not SKY) but only for DVDs, iPod docking station/CD/radio facility. Good selection of DVDs and CDs. There is also a selection of games. Cosy lighting everywhere..

Our communal pool is only 1-2min away!

You will be able to get access to a range of facilities via the P&V reception incl horse riding, tennis, badminton, fencing, children's clubs and lots more, all on a first come first basis and you will have to pay for these at the P&V reception. You will have to pay to get access to Wi-Fi, we suggest you might want to bring a dongle.

You will also find a play ground for little people near the restaurant square.

The Pont Royal Golf Course is 15min strole or 3min by car away! The 18-hole golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros in 1992. In June 2010 a 6-hole golf course opened with practice rage, for those who wants to practice 'their swing', but also for the less confident golfer.

The golf course is one of the top 10 golf courses in France, surrounded by the beautiful Luberon mountains, lakes, it's simply beautiful!

Every October the televised Masters13 takes place at Pont Royal.

Travel cot + baby back carrier & umbrella + 'strap-on' seat for chair (you are welcome to take this with you on your days out)!
Each bedroom has a wardrobe and fan.
Shower room: Iron+steam iron + ironing board + clothes dryers +hair dryer + baby/toddler bath 'with ducks' + step + small bench for little people.
There is a towel heater for the cooler months!
Electric heating for the cooler months.
Separate toilet: Potty & 'Froggy seat' for the little people.
We provide our guests with 1 towel, 1 pool towel, bedding + the same for the little person and the 5th person (there is a charge of 35.00Euro per week per stay for any big or small person)!

Further details outdoors

Apart from using our community pool, there are lots of activities incl children's clubs, these can be bought via the P& V reception, ie tennis, badminton, horse riding, fencing, biking, children's clubs, but all are on a first come first basis! Wi-Fi time via P&V!

There is also a play ground area for little people. Have a look at the map in our big info folder!

You will find lots of lovely Luberon villages only a short drive away and we have a BIG information folder in the apartment, where you will find lots of local and not so local information including info on the wonderful markets you will find only a short drive away, several for every day of the week. The beautiful Silvacane Abbey is just 10min away!

We also have a restaurant book, where we ask our guests put the cards from the restaurants/cafes/bars they have visited and with their comments, the more the merrier good, bad or indifferent - and it's really useful!

How do damage deposits work?
