Pizzo Beach Club is a new resort only recently completed and is located on the beach in picturesque Calabria on the west coast of Southern Italy. The apt. is modern and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite, bathroom, modern kitchen and living room and is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is furnished to accomodate families with more than 2 children. The apt. has its own walled garden area and outside terrace for dining and relaxing, with awnings fitted to protect from strong afternoon sun while you relax during siesta time.

This resort is new and boasts 2 large swimming pools (one with slide and kids area), tennis courts, football pitch, playground, outdoor/indoor restaurant on site. The apartment is located beside one of the pools and at the exit to the beach and a short walk through a pine forest brings you to the sandy beach. Wi-fi is available for guests on site.

Explore the scenic old towns of Pizzo and Tropea and relax on the many golden beaches which this area has to offer. Enjoy the many fine restaurants which the local area has to offer and sample the delights of the many old towns scattered along the coast and in the local hills.

There are indoor and outdoor eating facilities and sun loungers provided for your additional comfort. All windows are fitted with mosquito netting for additional comfort..

The exterior patio area has a dining facility to allow you eat your meals outside and also contain a 2 seater couch and 2 loungers to relax in the eveing. The property has two external awnings fitted to allow you shelter from the heat of the day and take that well deserved siesta without the risk of sun burn. The property is West facing and located at the beach end of the complex on a quiet road with plenty of car parking available.

Why can't I call Colin (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Colin (the owner) a message.

If Colin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
