A 2 bedroomed holiday flat located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dawlish, which is attached to the owners property but has its own private entrance.

The accommodation comprises of lounge with a private patio and sea views overlooking Lyme Bay. A fully fitted kitchen/diner seats 4 comfortably. The property has double and twin bedrooms and bathroom with walk in electric shower, and sleeps 4 adults. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The property is electrically heated by a fire in the living room and heaters in the hallway and bedrooms. Hot water is heated by a hot water heaters

A coin operated electricity meter is used to supply power to the property and is located in the hall way. Most people spend less than £10 in the summer months

The flat which is at the top of the valley overlooking Dawlish is a short downhill walk to the seaside and town and within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Parking is on street immediately in front of the property Mayflower Close is a cul-de-sac of seven properties so vehicle movements are minimal

Long and short term lets are available out of season.

Dawlish is situated on the coast between Exeter and Torquay and is serviced by good rail and bus connections.

The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles away and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynne & Alan (the owner) a message.

If Lynne & Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
