Villa Elena is the perfect place for friends and families to spend their holidays. Situated on a Private Gated Complex in the Faros Beach area.

Quiet enough for you to enjoy peace and tranquility away from the town, but close to all the night life and bars and the quaint village of Pervolia with its many Tavernas and Restaurants.

Internet and Wi-fi access is provided for your convenience.

The villa is close to the sea only a 100 metre stroll down the path next to the Villa.

It is fully equipped to a very high standard including Air Conditioning throughout,The Villa has its own PRIVATE POOL measuring approx 9 metre x 4.5 metre with steps in the shallow end so you can relax and let the water ease away your cares.

The front door opens into a spacious open plan living area comprising the lounge; dining area and kitchen.

There are full length patio doors at the back of the open plan living area that offer magnificent views over the pool and down to the sea.

The lounge and dining area are tastefully furnished with modern furnishings including a 40 inch LCD TV and DVD Player.

The kitchen has all the conveniences that you would expect including Built in Oven,Hob,Washing Machine,Fridge Freezer,Microwave and Dishwasher and ALL Utensils,Crockery,Glassware and Cutlery that you will need for your stay.

There is a Toilet/Cloakroom on the ground level.

In the Living room area:

The glass sliding doors from the open plan living area lead out to a large covered veranda and patio for those who like to sit in the shade. The garden furniture includes an 6 seater table and chairs and 4 sun loungers ; there is a poolside shower with hot and cold water. The Villas Private Pool measures 9 x 4.5m with views to the Sea.In its own spacious private garden.

From the main living area, you walk up the marble staircase to the upper level.

The upper level comprises of three double bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed. This room has its own en suite shower room and toilet.

The bedroom has full length glass sliding doors which open out onto a balcony area with gorgeous views of the sea ideal for sitting and watching the sun go down in the evenings.

There is a king size bed;en suite shower room and a fitted wardrobe for your storage needs

Bedroom 2 is fitted with a King size bed and furnished with built in wardrobes with access to the Balcony and the same breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 3 this bedroom has a small double bed and It is furnished with built in wardrobes a private Balcony with views to the Majestic Stavrovouni Mountain over the Horizon.

*There is also a Single Fold Out bed for extra guests.

All rooms are air conditioned.

Towels for use in the house are supplied and there are 4 Beach Towels for the guests use.

Private covered car parking is provided in the carport at the side of the House.

Access to the Complex is controlled by a remote controlled gate.

Welcome packs can be provided on request to include any groceries you would like to have waiting for your arrival.

The cost of the welcome pack is dependent on what is ordered and is payable direct to the property manager on receipt of invoice/receipt.

CCTV is in operation to the outside of the property and the property has an Intruder Alarm.

NOTICE: **There is a LARGE Industrial Size GREEN BIN Opposite the Villa,This is where to put your Bin Bags of Rubbish for Collection**

**PLEASE REFILL Water Bottle for the next Guests** There is a Water Station 500 Metres to the right of the Complex on the Main Road towards the Airport..Cost 1 euro to fill.

**When leaving the property Please make sure that All windows and doors are securely locked **

I would just like to inform anyone who is reading this review that it is a Malicious and deceitful account of my Villa. To Tommy S you Damaged my property and wouldn't pay to replace the damage you were Responsible for. Also you didn't want to pay for your late checkout at 5pm which you requested and also the High Chairs you requested. The Pool was cleaned the day prior to your arrival AND TWICE during your 7 day stay..The Pool maintenance contractor found that you had Tampered with the pool control panel and that stones and toys were thrown into the Pool by Yourselves.Which would explain the photo submitted. I found you very Rude,Critical and Aggressive during our Correspondence and informed you of any costs to extras,which you agreed to. The property is EXACTLY as advertised and is of a VERY HIGH QUALITY. I only Promised AND delivered the Villa EXACTLY as advertised. In the property description I clearly state that a Car is Recommended ALSO I only charged you for extras that are NOT Included in the price such as Late Checkout,Rental of Highchairs AND DAMAGE to my Property. Over the 3 years I have been renting my Villa AND being awarded Tripadvisors Certificate of Excellence Twice, you are the first Guest we were glad to see leave.Adios Tommy

Just to respond to the points you raised : With regards to the fold out bed I did message you to advise you on the bed and whether it was suitable for your requirements which you indeed confirmed it was. Also the electricity usage during your stay was 604 kilowatts which is 350 more than the included amount of 250 kilowatts,like I said to you in our emails we do expect a little over usage and do not usually charge if it's a reasonable amount. The average consumption is between 1000/1200 every bi monthly, I was surprised to see that you used 604 kilowatts which is almost a months worth. I did waive approximately £25 of the overall cost of the extra usage as informed in the messages between us. I am sorry to hear that you won't be booking again. Best wishes Tony"

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If TONY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
