The historic town of Kalkan is situated on Turkey's gorgeous Lycian Coast and was once a simple Turkish/Greek fishing village. Today's Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and postcard pretty with a multitude of excellent roof-top restaurants, mainly looking out over the beautiful harbour and bay, offering all manner of culinary delights to cater for any budgets, together with a good selection of stylish and atmospheric blues and jazz bars. Unlike some other Turkish coastal resorts, Kalkan's main economy derives from tourism and consequently, its inhabitants put much effort and pride into the town's historic preservation. As a result of very strict building regulations and the efforts of the Kalkan Foundation, the town has retained its charm and special ambience. The wonderful hospitality of the Kalkan people is another reason why the first-time visitor invariably returns time after time. Villa Josh invites you to share in its beauty.

This detached luxury 5* refurbished 4-bedroom en-suite; fully furnished stone villa has wonderful views of Kalkan. Set on the hillside providing probably the best panoramic views over Kalkan Harbor and the beautiful island strewn bay sits the Villa Josh.
With its thick stonewalls, tiled roof veranda’s over the main bedrooms and living area, it is kept pleasantly cool. Villa Josh is not overlooked and is quiet and private, yet just a few minutes drive from the Village or a pleasant stroll sampling a couple of bars on the way.
The Villa can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably further child facilities are available. It would suit 2 families or a group of close friends, affording you lots of space and privacy.
Sun-terraces and gardens surround the villa, which has its own very large freshwater swimming pool with children area (approx 40sqm) ideal for your own private pool party or entertainment. The villa can be reached from the road; there is ample car parking available.
All rooms have lovely large windows allowing cool breezes, and providing the most stunning of views. The front entrance of the villa leads you into an entrance hall containing a seperate W.C toilet. There is a spacious lounge with comfortable armchairs and two double sofa beds. Joining the lounge is the conservatory, fitted kitchen and dining area complete with fridge toaster kettle hob/oven etc.
Patio doors lead out to a lovely private sun-terrace containing a fantastic swimming pool with children area. There are lots of sun beds, patio furniture and a newly built stone BBQ for alfresco dining for guests to enjoy. Private gardens surround the villa. All bedrooms and lounge areas in the villa benefit from air-conditioning.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite facilities and balcony providing those amazing sea views. The fourth bedroom is at ground level and has been designed so it can be independent or accessed from the main entrance offering independence for guests or children if required.
Beds can be linked to make large double beds.
