The cottage is ideally situated in the center of the village, in a quiet street and at only 2 steps of the heart of the animation of Lourmarin, with its numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries.

Lourmarin, labeled "one of the most beautiful village in France" counts several opened parking spots, entirely free, and all situated at a few minutes by foot from the house.

Moreover, it is an ideal geographic base for exploring the area.

L'Oustaloun is a typically charming provencal little village house, decorated in a "rustic refined" style, on 2 level (with internal spiral staircases in stone) perfect for 2 persons.

We provide all the comfort and amenities necessary to a pleasant stay... fully equipped kitchen, sofa, little chimney, a little dining table, 1 double bed ( queen size ), dresser and wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with an old style bathtub ( hairdryer, tissues, welcoming products )... MP3 base for music, games….

We pay a special attention to details; linens and towels of quality are available for our guests.

The house is very bright, giving from 1 side on the street and its tiled roofs, and on the other side on an external courtyard, where you have the possibility to enjoy relaxing in privacy from the street. The courtyard is furnished with tables and chairs to share with the other cottage beside.

We also provide TV with satellite, free internet WiFi connection and washing machine.

It is just the experience I expect my guests to live staying in this lovely house. And what you say about how it may be in the winter is also exactly as you guess... I saw couples happy in front of the fireplace with tea and pastries (just as you say) or glass of wine and "saucisson" plate; and....I just wanted to be there too! Once again, I thank you for having translated in (so nice) words the magical atmosphere you found in Lourmarin and this old, but charming little house. I regret no to have meeting you in person as I'm abroad for few weeks. Maybe a next time if you miss the experience too much... I'd be very happy to meet you! My very best regards, Tatiana

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tatiana (the owner) a message.

    If Tatiana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
