From the owner

Set in a rural location on a small complex of 23 apartments and villas, the apartment is approximately 5 miles from the village of Esentepe, just off the new coast road from Kyrenia to Tatlisu. Very close to the complex you can walk on the not so hot days or a very short drive to the newly opened Supermarket that is very well equipped for all those essentials you will need for your stay.

The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has one of the best climates in the Mediterranean, with very mild winters and hot summers. Spring (March/April/May) is particularly beautiful with an abundance of wild flowers. Autumn, when the sea is at its warmest, is also a good time to visit if you enjoy sightseeing. There are fewer crowds, and the temperatures are more comfortable.

There is a large living area with an open plan kitchen, within the living area there are sofas one of which converts into a bed that can sleep the fifth person within this room there is Air Conditioning. The living area leads out to the front balcony. With in the property there is a master bedroom with an ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds both bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes all bedding's are fitted fresh and clean just before your arrival. Both rooms are at the rear of the property and each lead out to the rear balcony. Opposite the 2nd bedroom is a family bathroom.

This property is in a ideal location if you are looking for a Golfing holiday there is an 18-hole pay and play championship golf course with leisure complex and driving range is 10 minutes drive away is now open and is truly superb. Across the road from the resort is the local fishing harbour, where you can fish from the pier or hire a boat for the day. Acapulco Beach Club is about 15 minutes drive away, where for an entrance fee you can use the facilities, which include water sports, aqua park, tennis and many other attractions. There is also a casino and other entertainment facilities.

Turtle bay (Alagadi) is a short drive away, this is a protected area as loggerhead and green turtles use it to lay their eggs. There is a visitor centre which operates from 6pm onwards when you can go on turtle watching tours. The nesting season is between May to October.

Most if not all the residents with in the complex are all English speaking all very welcoming and friendly they will be able to assist you if necessary. A welcome pack can be arranged if required on your arrival. Bedding for all the beds will be provided with a 2nd set for each bed also. Towels are also provided in for all guests. However we do ask you bring your own Beach Towels.

The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated in neutral tones with air-conditioning/heating in the living area and bedrooms. All power sockets are UK compatible.
There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
The main living area has a double sofa-bed, so the apartment could therefore sleep 5 people but more comfortably sleeps 4. The property is fully furnished for a self catering basis.
There is a large living area with an open plan kitchen, patio doors leading you onto to the balcony. Also available to use is a water dispenser unit very useful and cost effective during the very hot months. There will be an empty water barrel which you can take to any supermarket the cost to replace will be cheaper about 6TRY(2010) approx about £2.50.

The apartment benefits from a beautiful shared pool and landscaped gardens. The balcony enables you to enjoy al-fresco dining, and gives amazing views of the coast and pool. There are a number of steps around the complex due to its landscaped hillside setting. The apartment has 4 sun loungers for guests to use, although aroud the pool there are loungers can be used however we find it easier having our own. Around the pool you can have the use of umbrellas. Directly outside the property is a mini car park ideal if you are hiring a car.
