One of the prime locations on the Costa Smeralda, it has maintained the original charm and flavour, and is untouched by mass tourism, since it has no hotels, but only residential villas. Continually patrolled by guards, the village has high security.
Being one of the original late 1960's villas, Canapiglia is set in a prime location, 5 min walk from the famous 'Piazzetta' and the sea, in a perfect spot between cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation. From the large terrace and rooftop one has a spectacular view of the sea, the town of Palau and the the beautiful Arcipelago della Maddalena (a National Park composed of 7 islands).
The villa offers a wonderful setting for a family holiday or a romantic break in one of the most beautiful seascapes in the world. There are several beaches at either walking distance or at a short drive away. The emerald sea of the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago is just a boat ride away.
The villa has been our family' holiday home for decades and has been recently restored to its original beauty and is fitted with modern design features. It has only recently been rented and is in excellent condition. The main level of the house is composed of a large living/dining room, kitchen,one large bedroom with 2 closets and a large en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, one double bedroom , one twin bedroom with two beds, and a second bathroom with shower. On the same level there is large terrace with a dining table that sits 12 and outdoor sitting and lounge chairs. On the lower level there is a very large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, a bathroom with shower.
The two double bedrooms on the upper floor overlook a small terrace and the garden.
The villa has a garden and covered parking for two cars.
