Apartment ideally situated, a privileged position on the sea front. Next to Platja de Pals beach with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach. Located on the second floor (top). This beach front holiday apartment, self-catering, is ideal for a family looking to have direct access to the beach and to a choice of restaurants, super and shops in a few minutes walking distance, with no driving. Enjoy your beach vacations with no driving.

One bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed.

Bathroom with enclosure shower.

Building with ground floor and two floors in front of the beach. The shops and establishments of restoration are within walking distance. All the apartments in the building have an assigned parking space in front of the stairs leading to the apartments.

Just after the building begins a footpath that runs along the sea front and reaches the other end of Platja de Pals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
