Surfview Beach house offers both families and couples the ideal location to base their Cornwall holiday from. Easy access to both Crantock and Fistral beach, 10 minute walk into Newquay town. Local supermarkets are close by in and around Newquay. You can access the South West coast path from just outside the house offering a wide range of coastal walks suitable for all ages. The complex is always quiet so if you dont fancy venturing far you can laze by the pool or out on the grass lawans directly from the patio all with sea views.

The house has been recently refurbished/decorated throughout in March 2018. It has laminate flooring throughout the downstairs with new carpet up the stairs and in both bedrooms . A chest of drawers are in both bedrooms and a wardrobe in the main bedroom The Bathroom has a large shower cubicle and power shower. Gas central heating and a patio with views over Fistral bay. There is a Games console, various games and controllers for use in the lounge area. All linen is M&S Egyptian Cotton bedding and M&S towels. Please note the swimming pool is seasonal usually open from mid to late May to the end of September.All new appliances have also been installed in the kitchen for the 2018 season.

I am glad you enjoyed Surfview Beach House and would like to return. Thank you for the heads up on the toilet roll holder as I was not aware someone had broken it and glued it There are instructions in the house manual for the heating but we have set the thermostat at 18 degrees and it will come on if the temperature drops below that which normally in June is not the case. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
