An exceptional 7 bedroom Georgian townhouse set over 3 floors in the heart of historic St Andrews. The property offers comfortable, flexible living and cannot be beaten on location with the famous Old Course only a 5 minute walk away, as is the award winning West Sands beach. Six out of seven of the St Andrews Links Golf Courses are within walking distance of the property as is everything St Andrews has to offer. For families, you are a 5 minute walk away from the St Andrews Aquarium, Castle and Cathedral. The Botanic garden is ten minutes away also.

The property also benefits from a large, private walled garden. Free on street parking is available all along Howard Place.

    A great location with plenty of room for our party of 14 adults. Nice garden with space for dogs to roam around. Some bedrooms probably could benefit from a fan in summer as windows dont open.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
