This lovely villa is without doubt the highest quality accommodation on our books. With a recent refurbishment we have been meticulous in the redesign. Workmanship is to the highest quality and no expense has been spared in the furnishings and decor.

Couple this with a brand new layout that has turned this villa into a 4 bed 4 bath villa and you have something extremely unique. Where else can you find accommodation to this standard that has a bathroom per bedroom!! Stunning!

Situated in one of the most picturesque and prestigious areas in Golf Del Sur. Being in it's own private community yet just a few hundred yards of the resort centre, it offers the prefect combination of tranquility and entertainment. All this, and just yards away from an ice cream parlour selling an abundance of flavours of some of the nicest natural ice cream you have ever tasted!!!

The spacious living room gives you plenty of space to stretch out and relax. From here you look out through the pato doors, over the garden to the sea. There are 3 gorgous brown leather sofas: 2 x 3 seaters and 1 x 2 seater.

The 32 inch TV has a unique satellite TV system picking up BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, CH5 and a variety of other channels.

New superfast Fibre optic internet installed in July 2019. This ensures the internet based satellite TV system used in Tenerife is of the best quality possible and also enables clients to stream TV and films from their own devices.

Fibre optic broadband is ideal for those who need to work whilst they are away. A dressing table / small desk has now been placed in the master bedroom (above the router) for those who want to work in peace.

Sleeping up to 8 people, each of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The main upstairs bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. It also has its own balcony (see above picture) with lovely sea views which is a gorgeous spot to take breakfast or just people watch as they wander by!! The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is opposite. The 3rd bedroom has two twins, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan, again with its own bathroom opposite. The 4th bedroom has twin beds and an en suite with bath and shower. It is probably the biggest bathroom of them all!

All bedrooms have their own ceiling fans. Air con is available in all bedrooms on a meter basis. The meter takes 1 Euro coins and 1 Euro will power each unit for 1.5 hours. This is perfect for cooling down the bedrooms before bedtime.

Raised up and separate from the living room is the dining area. This looks out over the living room to the garden and the sea. The table can be folded out to become even bigger and set lengthways if extra room is required. From the dining area is this luxurious and extremely spacious kitchen, including a tall fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and extractor fan. There is also a separate utility / storage area.

The villa has its own completely private (surrounded by hedges) perfect for lazing aways in the sunshine. Half of the terrace is under the pergola which offers shade and the rest of the terrace / gardens has all day sunshine. Here you have a very private area for sunbathing. It is also very safe for young children to play in whilst the adults relax. The villa shares an exclusive pool area right on the sea front which is literally the best in the area. Access to it is by swipe card so only owners and their guests can use to this priviledged area. You can be guaranteed it will be peaceful and quiet. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens rght on the sea front there is one huge pool and one small children's one. The main pool is heated in the winter.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
