Sadadu is a self-catering house bordering the Kruger National Park offering two bedrooms,

two en-suite bathrooms and a second floor with two single beds enabling the house to accommodate a total of six people.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, an outside braai area and a 3x3 filtered splash pool.

After an active day you can relax on the patio or at the braai area and sip on a cold drink while watching game such as zebra and wildebeest, kudu and many more which roam freely in the park and often visit the house.

Sadadu is located in Marloth Park, a nature conservation park, one hour east of Nelspruit and 15 minutes away from the entrance to the Kruger Park Crocodile bridge gate.

This is also a bird watcher's paradise with over 350 species listed here. Guests can enjoy 14 kilometres of walking trails along the Crocodile River, where you can spot the Big 5. We are 100 meters away from the fence of the Lion Spruit game reserve, so close that you will hear the Lions roar at night.

We can arrange open-vehicle safaris and bird walks are available on Saturday mornings.

In Marloth Park you will find two shopping centres, a petrol station, four restaurants and there is an public swimming pool.

Sadadu is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area or just relax and enjoy the nature.

there is every week a cleaning , and before guest arrive there is also a cleaning , the bedding and towels are clean, you wrote me 20 mintes after you got into the house and expect 20 minutes after you got in the property you can use a laundry room , we do not have a laundry room it is also not in the advert that there shout be one we have no washing machine or facility in the house , the closed you want to have opend is our own storage closed and not accesable for guests, then we do not have paint in the pool , it is compleet concreet without paint the concreet has the collor bleu and cannot flaking, yes we have gekko's in the house , the house is in the bush, animals are a bonus and not an garantee but if you had feed them for sure you had seen zebra and kudu and all the other animals

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annemarie (the owner) a message.

If Annemarie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
