From the owner

Once ruined farmhouses dated back to 18 century, now have been restored to beautiful elegant estate. The property is located just 10kms outside the Unesco village Assisi, at the altitude of 600 meters above sea level. It offers a picturesque view of Mountain Subasio along with rolling hills of Umbria countryside.

The property composes of 6 independent apartments, 2 of them are cosy lofts and the other 4 are one bedroom apartments. All apartments are cladded with stonewalls and have private terrace.

Each apartment can sleep up to 4 persons. Each has one bathroom with a shower, a living/dining area, a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a fridge.

Paradiso44 also offers a 5x15m outdoor swimming pool, a game room with a pool table, a sauna, and a private cinema.

Interaction with guest

Upon arrival guests will check in at the reception and receive keys to the apartment. Inside the apartment, guests will find a warm welcome basket filled with fruits, biscuits, bread, salumi, salad from our vegetable garden, some cold drinks in the fridge. Tea and coffee are available in each apartment. Linen and towels are provided. Cleaning will be done after stay.

Why can't I call Didi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Didi (the owner) a message.

If Didi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
