Konavle is the most southern Croatian region, 20 km from Dubrovnik, which covers an area of 209 km2 with 9500 inhabitants and 33 smaller and larger settlements. It is very famous for its intact nature, beautiful walking paths, Konavle cliffs with the beach Pasja?a, and Horseback riding.
Popovi?i

Popovici is one of the picturesque villages of Konavle with two hundred residents who live in the traditional stone houses. This village is located in the southern part of Konavle, it is surrounded with intact nature, pine forests, hiking trails, amazing viewpoints, pleasant climate especially at night, where you can take a rest and relax without air conditioning even in the warmest summer months, with long-forgotten sound of complete silence where only sounds of crickets can be heard during the night.
House Klai?

Our family as well as county house foundations are dating from of 14th century. Today, this house, as a part of house complex Klai?i, special architectural site, is protected by UNESCO as a cultural monument of high value. During the Croatian war for Independence in 1991, the house was highly damaged. It was renovated again in period 2002.-2004. and completely finished in spring 2013.

Our accommodation consists of two studios; studio "Ivana" and studio "Antonija" (together they are forming one big apartment):

This accommodation is located in a traditional family house of rich rural architecture. The house, as a part of house complex Klai?i, special architectural site, is protected by UNESCO as a cultural monument of high value. Architectural complex, beside this house, consists of traditional place for meat drying, Chapel of Our Lady of Health, other commercial buildings like stables and storehouses.
Country house Konavle is situated in a quiet environment away from the noise, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, walking trails, close to Konavle cliffs beneath which lies a hidden sandy beach “Pasja?a”.

Both studios and the whole house were fully reconstructed in the past ten years in a modern way with clearly expressed traditional style that fully reflects the spirit of the times in which it was made .
Each studios consists of a modern bathroom , kitchen section (fridge, electric kettle, kitchen accessories, toaster ,oven ,microwave ), double bed (which can be separated into two comfortable single beds ), anteroom, wardrobe, table , armchairs , baby cot (on request), LCD TV with more than a thousand satellite and local channels, complimentary wireless internet, inverter air – conditioning, iron and ironing board (on request) , wooden floor, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and solar water heating systems.
Possibility to arrange a breakfast.

Area studio: 24 square meters each.
Guests have at disposal indoor lobby space with comfortable furniture (30 m2 ), nice garden and barbecue.

For extra comfort you can booked both studios as studio “Antonija” can be interconnected by internal door with studio “Ivana”, and in this way it makes a family room or separate living room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
