Our Villa is located just 30 min. drive from Naples Airport, Campania's capital. The villa is placed on the top and the tip of a promontory in the middle of the sea with view on the sea both South and North. The area is surrounded by nice houses, green montians falling into the sea, wonderful beaches and sparkling sea-waters. The neighborhood is extremely friendly with foreigners. If you are looking to relax and to have a full immersion in Sorrento Coast natural beauties you can be certain that our Villa is the right place for your holiday.

The best way to explore Sorrento Coast, Pompei and Naples is the Circumvesuviana Train Station. We have the Scrajo Station at only 700m and the Vico & Pozzano Train Station at 2 Km.

Villa Description

The Villa offers up to two bedrooms to its guests, ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends. Accommodation also includes a big living room, a full equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, 150 sqm of terraces and 200 sqm of gardens both on the Soth and North side. The terraces of the villa give an extraordinary view of Naples Gulf, Sorrento Coast, Capri and Ischia islands. The garden has been created by using a typical Mediterranean vegetation. The closest beach is just below from the villa, and can be reached with 2 minutes walk.

The client requested a full refund for her holiday after staying in the Villa 2 days, for 1 h noise from the next door Villa owned by a different person. I closed already the Villa for several months to allow for the works. The guest is in bad fate and just tried to use the situation to get a free holiday. We tried coordinating with the guest when the owner next door asked: could you please ask when the client is going out? we need to do some noise. The answer from the guest was, we are not going to tell you when we are going out. The guest was behaving as like 1) the works were carried out by the owner of the Villa. No this is not the case, the works were carried out by the owner next door after we have closed the villa several month to allow for the same works. The major works are all finished and will not create any disruption to next client. The works had to be carried out in a bathroom and happened at 11:00 am. 2) We have said that by law who need to compensate for the damage is the owner next door and have offered to claim it on guest behalf, the guest said we had to refund for the full stay even tough we had nothing to do with the problem, without having to interact with who created the problem. By Italian law this doesn’t work like that. Terrible people trying to take an advantage out of an emergency happened to the next door property. In alternative yes they would have had works but not noise.

Why can't I call Vescoservice d.o.o. (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vescoservice d.o.o. (the owner) a message.

If Vescoservice d.o.o. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
