The apartment overlooks the La Marquesa (Quesada) golf course and is just 10 minutes walk to the driving range and clubhouse. Situated in a hilly area it makes an ideal holiday home for golfers and walkers. Within 20 minutes drive there are 4 more excellent Golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor & La Finca.
The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped and comfortably sleeps 4 persons. Comprising spacious living/dining area with open plan kitchen. Patio doors lead to private balcony overlooking fairway and green of golf course. Steps up to private rooftop solarium with garden furniture where you can enjoy the spectacular views over golf course towards the mountains in the distance. There are two large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and built in wardrobes plus ceiling fans.
Several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a bank are within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca (White Coast) stretches from Denia in the north to La Manga in the south and has some of the best beaches in Spain, and many excellent golf courses.
The area is served by two international airports (Alicante and Murcia) and is very popular for sun seekers and golfers alike.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure attractions and is situated on the edge of The Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife. The area is reputably the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to the salt lakes.
The Old town of Quesada and Rojales are 5 minutes by car. Here you will find numerous bars and restaurants, Spanish, Irish, Chinese, Italian and English. Eating out is very good value in Spain.
The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 minutes drive with its 11kms of sandy beaches and dunes, excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet skiing etc at the Marinas nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc, and an Olympic swimming pool. In the Queen Sofia Park you can enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens in which you will find an abundance of wildlife around the beautifully landscaped gardens and ponds.
The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just ten miles away with many bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market.
Golf Courses: ------------------ In Quesada there is the La Marquesa Golf Course, which the apartment overlooks and it is just a 10 minute walk to the first tee!
Within 20 minute drive you have 4 more Golf courses: - "Villamartin" has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.
- "Las Ramblas" is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
- "Campoamor" is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day.
- "La Finca Golf Course" is an excellent championship course, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas.
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen-hole championship courses to choose from.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
Other Attractions ----------------------- Torrevieja has it own AquaPark Aquopolies and there is also an AquaPark in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property.
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.
Just 55 minute drive away is the town of Benidorm, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world: Terra Mitica. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Alternatively there is also an excellent water park: Aqualandia
How to get there
Alicante & Murcia Airports are both just over 35 mins drive. Transfers from the airports can be arranged from €40 payable upon arrival. Car Hire is available from the airport or locally (20 minutes walk from the apartment)
