From the owner

The villa is situated outside the small village of Moncarapacho & Quelfes, and the shipping port of Olhao, approx 20+ mins drive from Faro airport in the very beautiful unspoilt, low cost Eastern Algarve. The villa is importantly not isolated but set amongst other executive villas all with half acre plots. Car hire is essential to explore the area but no car required to visit the excellent bistro just 800m from the villa. A gentle 12 min walk, where guests go time and time again to sit outside on a warm evening to to enjoy good food and drink, also in Moncarapacho are Antonio's and Colibri's restaurants.

The south facing pool terrace is fully equipped with a large BBQ, sun loungers, parasols and a large table with seating for up to 8-10 people. There is also deep shade for hotter months. The pool is solar heated and here are pool lights for night swimming. We provide up to 8 beach/pool/ bathroom towels so no need to bring your own.

This villa really is exceptionally spacious. You will not be disappointed. There are 4 very spacious bedrooms, 4 beautifully tiled and equipped bathrooms (2 are en-suite). All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards and there is a digital safe fitted in the villa. The en suite master bedroom on the first floor has its own terrace with lovely countryside views. Bliss!!! You will fight over this one!!

The nearest Beach is Fuseta it is about 5 miles from the villa, a very nice & safe sandy beach for children.

Hi Judith I have already responded to your previous review. Sorry you were disappointed in July when you visited our villa. A lot of the defects have already been rectified by our maintenance team, and as I will be visiting the villa very soon myself personally, all the other issues will be corrected then. The PS2/360X-box units were damaged by the water flooding into the villa when the Pool filter tank split open, and these have already been discarded by the maintenance team. I was not aware of this the last time. I will contact you directly when I return from Portugal, and discuss this further and hope we can come to an amicable agreement. Best regards The Owner

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Reg (the owner) a message.

If Reg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
