Modern development completed in May 2010 with its stunning panoramic sea views, and overlooking the outdoor pool.

The apartments main feature is the 7m x7m outdoor living area. with plenty of shaded areas, and FREE wifi.

Set in a quiet and peaceful area of traditional Peyia and within walking distance of Peyia village amenities, which offers many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, chemist, even a vets.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and will appeal to families, elderly or couples, ideal place to relax and unwind, and see the many places to visit in Cyprus.

You will love the large veranda with our lovely rattan furniture, BBQ and sea views, perfect for Alfresco dining.

Car is recommended (Drive on the left) to explore the surrounding areas:

Tombs of the Kings, Sea Caves, many historical sites, breath taking views of the Troodos Mountains or visit the wonderful challenging golf course at Secret Valley or Minthis Hills, plenty more to see and do, or just chill and relax by the pool.

Visit the Blue Flag award sandy beaches of Coral Bay, just 5-10 minutes drive, with a range of water sports.

Paphos town and harbour is a great place to visit, just a 15 mins drive with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Here you will find historical sites of interest and a good selection of activities including a beach, diving, water sports and many boat trips and other trips you wish to book

For those wanting the livelier holiday, you will find many bars & restaurants in the Coral Bay area, just 5 mins drive, or Paphos - 15 mins.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzie (the owner) a message.

If Suzie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
