Welcome to Croyde Surfsup – Your perfect getaway to the coastal haven of Croyde. This luxurious detached dormer bungalow has been recently refurbished and expanded to create stunning open plan living and features 5 contemporary en-suite bedrooms.

Surfsup is tailor-made for larger groups and multiple families. The interior features a stunning contemporary design, flooded with natural light. This luxurious home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a spacious open-plan living area that combines a lounge, dining, kitchen, and breakfast area. If preferred, bifold doors can separate dining room from the living room. There is also a separate convenient utility room. The property features five double/twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, ensuring ultimate comfort. Additionally, a dedicated driveway provides parking for up to four cars.

As the day winds down, treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience in the luxurious hot tub (please see 'Add to Basket'), where you can unwind and savour the stunning hilltop views. The scent of a sizzling BBQ fills the air, making evenings truly magical.

LOCATION:

Nestled in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac just moments away from the vibrant heart of Croyde village, CROYDE SURFSUP is where the best of coastal living meets convenience. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of local pubs, restaurants, and surf shops. And when you're ready for the beach, a picturesque stroll leads you to the golden sands of Croyde Beach

LIVING AREA:

The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a small entrance porch, ideal for coats and shoes, which opens into the expansive open plan living space which offers a wonderful social hub. The dining area features a large light oak refractory table and opens into the living area. If you prefer, the dining area can be enclosed by shutting the newly installed sleek “industrial style” bifold doors. Comfortable sofas seat up to 10 with views through further bifold doors to the secluded front garden. A large contemporary Danish wood-burning stove, complemented by a floor to ceiling inset log store creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. For your entertainment there is 50” Smart TV inserted flush into the wall. It features Netflix, Sky TV package and WiFi Broadband is included. The living area expands further to the kitchen, breakfast bar and breakfast dining areas. This contains a beautiful round oak dining table and French doors open to the rear garden and a side window overlooks the hot tub. Solid oak flooring throughout, tasteful decoration and contemporary window blinds complete the stylish tone.

KITCHEN:

The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful granite surfaces, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, a range of integrated appliances, and a lovely rear garden view. An adjacent utility room houses additional amenities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a second fridge.

BEDROOMS:

Each of the five bedrooms offers a unique blend of comfort and style:

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a standard double size bed, ample storage, and a generous en-suite with a quadrant shower enclosure.

Bedroom 2: This room can be configured as a twin or super king bedroom, complete with a wall-mounted Smart TV and a newly created en-suite.

Bedroom 3: Another twin or super king bedroom, offering views of the rear garden and a well-appointed en-suite.

Bedroom 4: A double aspect upstairs room twin or super king bed/s with a wall-mounted Smart TV, stylish decor, and a newly appointed en-suite.

Bedroom 5: Another twin or super king bedroom with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room.

OUTDOORS:

Step outside to discover a world of outdoor delights. The secluded front lawned garden invites you to relax on cushioned rattan seating, while the enclosed rear garden features a Weber kettle BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. A teak dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and the inviting hot tub provide the ultimate outdoor experience. And for surfers, there's a handy outdoor hot shower to wash off sandy wetsuits.

OUTDOORS

The property is situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, in the heart of Croyde. Once outdoors you have the choice of the lovely front lawned garden area with cushioned rattan seating or the enclosed and private rear garden with Weber kettle BBQ (requiring briquettes), and 2 patio areas. A beautiful teak dining table and chairs is provided with seating for 10. You could unwind with a book on the sun loungers that are provided or relax in the hot tub (please note that the hot tub is not for use beyond 9pm). You can also use the outside hot shower - ideal to wash down sandy wetsuits. There is additional seating area in the front garden which catches the late evening sun. Parking is well catered for in front of the house for up to 3 cars. Visitors are asked to kindly respect neighbours in this peaceful community.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
