The apartment is located in a typical "Toulousaine" house of quarter of Chalet , a quiet place of the center of Toulouse. completely refurbished to a high standard and carefully decorated, the apartment is a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city or working.

Ideal for tourists visiting the delights of Toulouse or corporate guests visiting for business

The apartment has beautiful, high quality furnishings. Secure private Communal courtyard, 1 double bedroom with double bed closed by a door between dining room and bedroom, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, Flatscreen TV, modern compact kitchen with dishwasher and oven, shower/bathroom. All bedding, linen and towels provided. Washing machine is available. Direct access to a private courtyard. Free Wifi.

5 minutes walking to the metro station Jeanne d'Arc and Alsace Lorraine Streat and metro Marengo and railway station.

10 minutes walking to the Capitole place and basilique Saint Sernin.

Two bicycles stations(french vélib) are at 100 m from the house.

The bicycle road "canal du midi is 1 minute walking from the house.

Acces from the airport:

Easy access by car from the Airport (15 minutes driving)

Navette bus about 9€ and stop at Marengo or Jeanne d'Arc 5 minutes walking.

The cheapest is tramway from the airport to tube "The Arenes" to "Marengo" tube by Station gare Matabiau (price of a single tube ticket)

We propose to rent a parking in a garage 7€ per night located 200 m from the house, less expensive for a longer period.

Why can't I call Genevieve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Genevieve (the owner) a message.

If Genevieve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
