The advantage of this home is everything Melbourne has to offer is just out your front door. The location is fantastic as you are right in the heart of the central business district with Melbourne's famous laneways only a block away and the city's amazing shopping, dining and cultural options all so very close. You won't need a car here – everything is an easy walk or tram ride away.

The Honey Apartments is a contemporary update on the building's art deco past and being the larger of the two and sleeps up to five. Both apartments feature crisp white walls that are the perfect canvas: think contemporary photography, colorful canvases and bright throw rugs.

The walls of windows bathe Honey Apartment in light, giving a relaxed, airy feeling. And with all of Melbourne's enticements at your door, it's great to know that those windows are also double-glazed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kirstin (the owner) a message.

If Kirstin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
