Our brand new and fully air-conditioned first floor apartment is now available to rent. We have furnished it to an exceptionally high standard to create a comfortable holiday home.
Aphrodite Gardens is a small quiet complex close to local shops and located within easy walking distance of the old harbour and popular district of Paphos, with its many bars and restaurants, stunning views and historical sites. The nearest beach is a short walk away.
The property has private access from the attractive courtyard and is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. There is one double and one twin bedroom, with a sofa bed in the lounge area suitable for occasional use. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with dressing tables.
The spacious living and dining area, which is equipped with both satellite TV and DVD player, opens on to the attractive balcony with views of the pool and gardens. The secluded balcony is ideal for enjoying al fresco meals at the mosaic patio table or just relaxing on the comfortable lounging chairs.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would expect in a property of this standard, including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. All rooms have air conditioning units for added comfort in the warm Cyprus climate.
This luxury apartment is an ideal place to unwind and relax and a superb base from which to enjoy everything Paphos and the beautiful surrounding area has to offer.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean with a fantastic climate - over 330 days of sunshine a year The area has universal appeal to all types of visitor.
Paphos has an international airport, good infrastructure and a variety of spectacular landscapes ranging from the stunning coastline and attractive beaches to the picturesque mountains.
Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
Paphos is a picturesque historic coastal town with the old harbour and medieval fort as its focal point. Along the seafront promenade there is a wealth of shops, restaurants, tavernas and bars and when the sun goes down there is a vibrant nightlife.
Paphos, the birthplace of Aphrodite, has been named a World Heritage Site with an abundance of archaeoligical treasures including the Tombs of the Kings and Roman mosaics.
As well as the beaches and the watersports there is an Aquarium, Water Park and a Go Kart track. Boat trips run from the harbour. The main town of Paphos has an abundance of shops, an indoor market, cinema, Bowling Alley and museums. There are two golf courses nearby and the Troodos Mountains are an hours drive away.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos - Aphrodite Gardens is a 20 minute drive. Taxis are available from the airport - about CYP£20 - we can arrange a pick up for you.
Larnaca Airport is another option and is a only 90 minute drive away.
Flights available direct to Paphos and Larnaca from most UK airports.

Further details outdoors: The apartment has a large private balcony area, beautiful shared pool and lovely gardens and courtyard which are floodlit at night.
The attractive gardens and grounds are regularly maintained and there are poolside showers and toilets.
The whole complex is secure with vehicle access via electronically operated gates. We have our own designated parking area to the rear of the apartment.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. There is a refundable deposit of £100 to cover breakages and loss of electronic gate fob etc.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of letting must be accompanied by payment in full.
Long term lets may be possible subject to availability - please contact the owners.
The cost of airconditioning and electricity is included.
