Villa Azure is a large property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, WiFi, pool table and Hot Tub

As you enter the front gate, a set of stairs will lead you up to the front door of the villa, once inside you enter a spacious area from which you can enter a bedroom to one side, and kitchen, and dining room to the other. Directly in front of you is a set of curved stairs which take you to a large open plan space downstairs.

On the ground level you have two double rooms to the left, one with an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (coin operated). On this ground floor level there is also a guest toilet with hand basin.

Walking past the stairs you head to the kitchen. The kitchen is a fully equipped gallery style kitchen with all appliances built in. To the side of the kitchen is a covered utility area, complete with washing machine and drying area.

The dining area is a large area with patio doors the whole length of the wall, These open out onto a balcony overlooking the pool, this gives you a stunning view of the sea, and over to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. As you scan the horizon to the right you have stunning views of the famous Papagayo beaches. This balcony leads round to a larger terrace which steps down to the Built in BBQ area with an outdoor sink perfect for outdoor dining whilst enjoying the most fabulous of sunsets over the sea.

Inside the villa as you go downstairs you come into an open plan area which consists of a lounge, with leather sofas, coffee table and television. To the side of the sofas there is the dining area with 6 high backed chairs.

The rest of the open space is made into good use as a games room. Comprising of a pool table and a fuss ball table for your entertainment. The large wall spaces are adorned with carefully selected pictures that complement the villa. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The lounge has air conditioning. On this level there are two bedrooms, and one bathroom, the bathroom comprises of separate Jacuzzi bath and shower, bidet, WC and hand basin. The hand basin is set in to Marble.

Both rooms are twin rooms, with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, one of the twin rooms has air conditioning (coin operated) fitted to give you an ambient temperature all year round.

Outside there is a pool with an electric back up heater. Separate from the pool is a Hot Tub on the ample terrace area.

There are sun loungers for use around the pool for the sun worshippers. The garden is becoming established and is full of colour all year round. There is a lockable side gate.

Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday

HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
