From the owner

The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (girls' village) 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest, and within sight of the Danube-Ipoly National Park, on a hill with a panorama of the Danube. A new forest has been created on the opposite side of the road for the next 99 years, so good air is provided. The corner shop is only 600 meters away. The nearest supermarket - which is located directly on the beach and thermal baths - is only about 1.5 km away. Here you will also find other shops, the bakery, several restaurants, the bank, the pizzeria, the post office and the beauty salon. THE HOLIDAY HOUSE: Our holiday home consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. You enter the house via the large covered terrace. If it should rain or the sun shines too much, you can take a seat on this terrace. The second large sun terrace - which can be reached directly from the living room - is located at the back of the house. This terrace is ideal for extensive sunbathing because it is not visible. Of course, you don't have to do without your usual "everyday luxury" in the kitchen. There are - microwave - dishwasher - 4 hotplates stove with convection oven - extractor hood - grill - toaster - refrigerator 120 l - separate freezer 50 l available. The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, lots of glasses and kitchen utensils, so it is usually enough to switch on the dishwasher every 1-2 days. In the living room, your family can make themselves comfortable on the sofa set. Even though the worst alternative would be to spend your vacation days on "television", you can stay up to date thanks to a satellite antenna and television. In the "children's room" 3 children can go to bed after an eventful day and dream of the next day. Fully-fledged beds (no loft beds) are therefore also suitable for adults. Wardrobe and chest of drawers are at your disposal. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a display case and a wardrobe. Visit our website for more information

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Gerhard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
