A modern and recently renovated big apartment close to the famous Sagrada Familia.

Located in the neighborhood of the Sagrada Familia, this bright apartment has all the qualities to seduce you.

Furnished in a contemporary style, the large entrance leads to the other rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and wardrobe. There are two bathrooms with bathtub. The main room is equipped with a large dinning table for 8 persons and two sofas beds. Two small balconies overlooking the street allow you to enjoy the warm rays of the sun. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and kettle.

It is fully air conditioning. The location is ideal to discover the Barcelona from Gaudi.

Near the Sagrada Familia, you can easily explore the city of Barcelona. Discover the masterpiece of Gaudi, the streets of the city, enjoy the famous tapas, stroll along the Gaudi’s avenue or the large Diagonal street to the famous and luxury Paseo de Gracia, the choice is vast. Gaudí Avenue next door takes you to the famous temple or to the Hospital de Sant Pau, work of the great Catalan architect.

Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

- This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros

Hello Debbie I am surprised by your reviews after our friend talk during your stay. We proposed you a refund for the toilet issue and you refused it. Toilet was broken by previous guests and we were waiting to receive a new piece to get it ready. It is now fixed by the way. Kettle can be changed at anytime calling us, Oven was fine at check out so maybe you could have just called us and we would have been happy to explain you again how it is working. Finally our technician checked the toilet...not your bedrooms. I suggest you to check with the other guests staying with you what happen with your belongings. Our staffs are 100% profesional in touristic accommodations since 15 years so they don't have to moove your belongings. Pity that communication was not easier, we will try to do it better next time. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
