Beautiful converted barn adjoining the owners property, with spacious accommodation and a stunning double height kitchen/diner. Original beams maintain the charm and character of this 150 year old property which is set in a traditional village on the banks of the river Authie. Mezzanine floor with double bed within the gite, also twin bedded room off main entrance hall via separate staircase. Beautiful 50 sq. metre kitchen / dining/ sitting area. Large mature lawned garden with garden furniture and Sun beds. Barbecue is provided. Large Private off road parking

Excellent links across the channel via Eurotunnel and ferry ports puts the property within an easy 1 hr: 15 mins from Calais

The property is located in the beautiful Seven Valleys region of northern France, which has many rivers, lakes and forests and the fabulous long sandy beaches of the Cote d'Opale. This historic area is ideal for sightseeing, golfing, walking, fishing, cycling, canoeing-kayaking and sea sports

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the pretty village of Douriez. Only a 5 minute stroll away is the boulangerie where you can buy your freshly baked bread and croissants and basic supplies. Also the excellent award winning restaurant/bar L'Estaminet de l'Andouiller, serving speciality dishes in a traditional setting with open fires and a friendly ambience.

Within a short drive, surrounding villages and towns offer a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Don and Val (the owner) a message.

If Don and Val (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
