The Thebaida the Massapez is located in Faja da Ovelha, Calheta county has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It is located in a wilderness area on a private road, and is located about 60 meters from the road. The house is completely private, whose most valuable asset is the total silence, with no neighbors around and has a privileged exposure to the sea, the sunset view is estasiante. It is located in a rural area, about 50 km from the airport in the town of Calheta, in the extreme southwest of the island, the hottest area and pleasant Madeira. Thank you for a great review, it is always a pleasure for us at the end of each stay to know that our guests have received the level of enjoyment, satisfaction and care that we always endeavour to deliver. Car hire is a must anywhere in Madeira as there is so much to explore throughout the island, reason why so many of our guests return as they are unable to pack it all in during their stay. The Villa is situated 35-40 minutes from the city of Funchal and about an hour from the airport when using the new express roads. The Villa is situated in the West side of the island, Calheta benefits from the hottest climate in Madeira. We hope to see you here again. Best regards

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Emanuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
