Park Cottage at Domaine Lavie accommodates 6 people and offers the perfect holiday for a family or couples.

Facing south, the property has stunning views over the grounds and swimming pool to the valley beyond, which can be enjoyed from the large terrace. A table and chairs and a gas BBQ are provided for alfresco dining.

On the ground floor, the cottage has an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with comfortable armchairs and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The ground floor bedroom can be made up with either a super king double or twin beds and has an ensuite bathroom with bath (shower over). The two bedrooms on the first floor both have en-suite shower rooms. One has a standard double bed and the other can be made up with either a super king double or twin beds.

For the cooler months, the cottage has a lovely wood burner and electric radiators

The south facing 14m x 8m swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace and is shared between the four properties at Domaine Lavie. There are plenty of sun beds and parasols to relax and read a book or sunbathe, or simply enjoy the view.

The Bearn and Basque regions are steeped in history and tradition and there are a wealth of places to visit and activities on offer. The superb beaches of the Atlantic coast and the stunning Pyrenees mountains are both within a hour’s reach of Domaine Lavie.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. The spacious sitting area has a wood-burning stove, a TV and DVD-player.

There are three bedrooms - two with either twin beds or a super king bed (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). The third bedroom, also on the first floor, has a standard double bed. Both the first floor bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and WCs and the ground floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom (bath with shower over) and a WC.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
